InsightExpress Expands Cross Media Measurement Expertise with the Appointment of John Farrar to Its Digital Media Measurement Team

STAMFORD, CT -- September 24, 2009 -- InsightExpress, a leading digital marketing research firm, announced today the appointment of John Farrar as Senior Director for its Digital Media Measurement team, effective immediately.

Led by Drew Lipner, the Digital Media Measurement team is a group of specialists focused on the measurement and optimization of online, mobile, and other emerging media.

A marketing research veteran, Farrar brings nearly 30 years of experience in helping clients increase performance throughout their marketing, sales and service delivery channels by identifying and closing knowledge and execution gaps. In his new role, Farrar will be responsible for working with a wide range of InsightExpress clients to establish and manage cross media research programs.

Farrar joins InsightExpress from Marketing Evolution, where he most recently served as Vice President, Business Development. There, he directed sales and marketing efforts for the acquisition of new customers and retention and growth of existing accounts. He was responsible for strategic planning, revenue growth, marketing programs and customer relationship building.

Prior to Marketing Evolution, Farrar held the position of Major Accounts Sales Manager at Maritz Inc. where he was responsible for the acquisition and retention of key accounts through consultative sales and senior level relationship development.

Farrar resides in Rochester, NY with his wife, Jessie, and children, John, Leah, Emily and Olivia and is an adjunct professor at Rochester Institute of Technology. He holds a BS from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Syracuse University.
